Barong Dance ‣ Barong & Keris Dance is one of Bali’s traditional dances that use masks and costumes as the embodiment of the mystical creatures believed by the Balinese. According to Balinese belief, Barong dance is considered sacred art. The dance depicts eternal battle between good and bad in the universe.
Celuk Village ‣ One of several craft villages in Gianyar regency is Celuk Village which is known as the “silver village” because of its silver jewelry production. Craftsmen here make silver and gold jewelry and crafts at their homes and workshops for centuries. A visit to Celuk Village gave tourists the opportunity to see the artisans in action and buy their handicrafts directly on the spot.
Mas Village ‣ Mas Village, one of the many artist villages not far from Ubud, is the best place on the island to find high-quality Balinese wood carvings – considered one of the best wood carvings in the world. Kintamani ‣ The cold mountain area of Kintamani is located 2 hours drive from Denpasar on the northeastern highlands of Bali. This village is located on the edge of the caldera of Mount Batur which has an altitude of 1,717 above sea level. Some villages namely Penelokan, Batur, and Kintamani have impressive views of Mount Batur. Mount Batur is an active volcano that is considered sacred, it last erupted in 2000.

Tourists from all over the world flock to this temple with its holy water pool to bathe in addition to many local visitors from all over Bali who come for purification ritual. This temple is located northeast of Ubud precisely in Tampaksiring Village, not far from Gunung Kawi Royal Tomb Temple.
