Sangeh Monkey Forest ‣ Sangeh Monkey Forest is a 10 hectares forest of homogeneous pala trees (Dipterocarpus Trinervis), inhabited by around 600 grey long-tailed monkeys (Macaca Fascicularis). The community around the forest will not dare to interfere with the apes existence because they are considered holy and bring blessing to the community and its surrounding.
Nungnung Waterfall ‣ Nungnung Waterfall is a beautiful tourist attraction located in Banjar Nungnung, Pelaga Village, Badung Regency. This waterfall is about 70 meter high, it has fresh water. Visiting this waterfall can be a fun and refreshing experience because the path to the waterfall passes through lush green rice fields and plantation.
Lake Bratan ‣ Lake Bratan, in the quite cold area of Bedugul has Ulun Danu Bratan Temple. It is one of the most photographed temples in Bali. Like Taman Ayun Temple, this temple was built by King of Mengwi. The combination of pagoda (meru) buildings with terraced roofs and very photogenic mountains and lakes is one reason this place is very popular.
Bali Botanical Garden ‣ In the lake region of Bedugul with an altitude of 1,240 meters above sea level, there is the Bali Botanic Garden. Candikuning Market ‣ Candi Kuning is the most crowded place in the mountainous Bedugul area and is located 1,200 meters above sea level right on the edge of Lake Bratan which is cool and often foggy. Located on the main road to the north coast of Bali, and located just a little south of Lake Bratan, Pasar Candi Kuning is a bustling local vegetable and fruit market. Orchids and other forest plants thrive at the height of this area, various kinds of fruits and vegetables are beautifully arranged attracting both tourists and people who come from all over Bali.
